My focus is on helping teachers, trainers, and coaches design, create, and deliver effective instructional content. Instructional content takes many forms from individual learning objects, presentations, courses or an entire curriculum.
I tend to take a systems approach to instructional media creation. There is no one magic tool, technology, or technique that is going to help learners learn more effectively. In fact, most of what is marketed and sold as educational technology is crap.
